It seems that most men seem to start gaining weight for no reason between the ages of 30 and 40 even if ther has been no apparent change in their eating habits. As we get older and can’t perform all the athletic maneuvers we did as kids, our foods become even more a source of pleasure and almost all middle age men hate to be on any kind of diet that is going to take our junk food away from us. If we do manage to stay on a diet long enough, there’s no doubt in the back of our minds that achieve our goal weight we are going on an eating binge.
